If you and your spouse want to have your own accounts with ibotta, you MUST get divorced, get back maiden name, move to different addresses. Maybe (but not guarantee), your accounts will be considered as separate, otherwise "We reviewed your account and found more than one active account in our system associated with your information". No details, no proves. Only general words. Look at Better Business Bureau complains. Hundreds of "answered" (unsatisfied), few "resolved" ones. So, ibotta is a real garbage, liars and cheaters.
Tip for consumers:
If you earned any rewards, get it immediately. Any delay and instead of payment, your account will be blocked.
Garbage. I'm a new customer. My first deal with Walmart. I've earned $35. Requested ACH payment and got confirmation email. But after that... I can't login anymore. I can't even reset my password. NO emails from TCB. I'm not using junk folder, all emails are going to inbox directly. But nothing from TCB.
Update: Changed to 5 stars. Customer service did great job. My account is recovered.
