I made a very substantial purchase using topcashback as a clickthrough. It amazing, how they dont show this as payble or pending to me. I called the merchant and they confirmed they can see the clickthrough from Topcashback to them. But despite that information I am out several hundred dollars in cashback. Repeated emails to topcashback states it could take up to 12 weeks. Well for me...its been 12 weeks and nothing.
Want good and reliable cashback go to Rakuten or befrugal. Topcashback doesnt know what customer service is and you cannot even speak to a real person

It was very easy and super quick to purchase the gift card. But it was just too fast. Part of it was my fault. I wish it would pump me to confirm and ask me again if I want to purchase the gift card before I paid since gift card is non- refundable. I was looking for 1800 pet meds gift card and when I started type 1800 pet, 1800 pet supplies came up and the logo was cute and distracted me also. So I just went ahead to purchase the gift card, as soon as I clicked purchase, I realized I bought the wrong store gift card. And I tried to look if there is anything I can buy from 1800 pet supplies, but their price is too expensive so I wasted the $50 gift card I bought. I'm a little disappointed and next time I probably would think about it for sometime before I purchase gift card.
This is a complete scam, when you have been waiting for months to finally withdraw your money, they will casually close your account without any notice and steal your money! They are a bunch of nasty thieves

I wrote an email to customer care but no response, all of my purchases that i made never got tracked. Seems these guys are reaping out the referral money and aren't paying out to anyone. Seems more like a scam website to me.

I successfully did the HBO Max deal from several months ago for a large chunk back from an annual subscription. HBO Max reneged on the Cashback for unknown reasons, but Too Cashback came through like champs because I followed all of the T's & C's. They will be my Cashback portal from now on because of this.
It was great to get discount in many gift cards. Cashback percentages were competitive compared to other gift card portals.
These bad reviews from people talking about not getting their money are ridiculous. The site is free to use, so there's literally no downside, even if you don't get your money (which has never happened to me, so I don't know what these people are trying to buy - they're most likely doing it wrong). It might take several weeks to get the money, but you definitely DO get it. I've been using it the last 8 years and get about $50 cash back per year, and I've referred others who have started using it instead of other similar sites.

I had bad experience using this site. They closed account without valid reasoning. Just because it was opened by one person, it doesn't mean the account was used by one person. I guess you have to use different information or bank information without asking another person to create your account for you. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I recently bought a gift card through TopCashBack, and love that I had money back in my pocket from the purchase! I do as much shopping through the site and app as I can, because I love getting paid to use the service for purchases I'm already making!
Did not give me cash back on some of my purchases. All they did was give me excuses why they did not track. I recommend using Rakuten, they are awesome, everything tracks correctly.

You won't get the cash back as they promise. They said they didn't get money from the merchants even you follow their rules. Then they tell you the cash back is extra and it is not guaranteed!
Tip for consumers:
Don't be fooled by the high rate cash back, you may get nothing.

I tried this site for the first time, made a purchase using their referral code,,. I did not see the transaction after a week of my purchase, I Contacts the customer service, lengthy emails exchange began… Only to be told 5 months later that they could not track my purchase… stay away… don't waste your time. So glad my rebate was only for $10, lesson learned.

Apparently, it was a mistake by cashback evaluation on the account of my wife and I tried to clarify this mater through Facebook.
