I heard the founder talk about everything being authentic but it doesn't take long to realize that Tradesy does not authenticate. You buy an item on the website and only if you question authenticity and return it will Tradesy get involved. So if you aren't knowledgeable about the brand, you have a risk of getting burned. Worse, if you send Tradesy back something that you say is not authentic and they say it is, they will not give a cash refund. Ebay's buyer protection plan is so much better but it's the same problem about authenticity. YOU CAN BUY ON THESE SITES IF YOU DON'T KNOW THE PRODUCT ENOUGH TO KNOW AUTHENTICITY

Thank you for your review. I greatly apologize for any negative experience you may have had on Tradesy. We have a team of authenticators who closely review all photos of items posted on Tradesy. In the event that they are unable to confirm authenticity of the item that way, the item will be removed and they will reach out to the seller of the item in order to request additional information/photos of the item. Tradesy also offers the customer the option to send the item they receive into the team of authenticators at no cost to the customer. If the authenticators are not 100% certain of their determination, they will reach out to Authenticate First for a second opinion before making a determination. They want to be certain before making any sort of determination, as an item being inauthentic will result in the seller of the item being removed from Tradesy entirely.
