I am a business owner and expect to get the services and goods that are represented. 99% of the time I do however, there are some companies out there that prey on people who buy on line and don't stand behind their products/services. I don't want others to be in the financial or mental position that I experienced so I do send reviews.

This company is a rip off. I sold some stuff, I asked over 10 times to release my funds and they kept suspending it saying something was wrong. My bank accounts and debit card were all correct - they didn't have a problem taking their service charge. Now it is Vestaire and nobody will help me. They have stolen money that is mine. Don't put your stuff on this site.

First of all, don't buy from this site! They have others making dresses for them and the one I received looked nothing like the photo. When I tried to return a $160 dress, they told me I needed a tracking number to return it to China. The USPS post office said that it would be $126 to return with a tracking number and $33 without. The seller (third party) said they would not accept a return without a tracking. I spent an hour on the chat line with a DHgate rep and she could do nothing to help me. This company does not back those making clothes for them so don't waste your money! Do yourself a favor here folks - bad site to buy anything.

We need the tracking number for the return so we can track it and we'll know if it is already delivered so we can follow up with the seller. Your payment was released to the seller since you were not able to upload the tracking number.

Please try to open an after-sale dispute and upload the shipping receipt for the return.

1) After logging in to your DHgate account, click "My DHgate" on the upper right corner.
2) Click "Completed.
3) Find the order number.
4) Click "Open an After Sale Dispute".
5) Choose the Correct Reason for dispute, refund amount, upload evidences, add description then click SUBMIT.

Please try to use a desktop computer to successfully upload the photos and submit the dispute. Your photos should be under 1mb in size. It is preferable to use Google Chrome/Internet Explorer/Mozilla Firefox as your internet browser.

This is the worst company ever to deal with. I purchased Neoprene ski masks from Spreebird and they smelled like gasoline so you couldn't put them near your face. After 13 weeks of emails and me spending more money to ship them back to them, they have refused to give me a refund. This company should be shut down for their inferior products and lack of guarantees or customer service. Don't buy anything from this site or you will be disappointed!

“Do you know that "seller" ( thieves) in dhgate only have to pay a fee to dhgate for breaking their policies and dhgate let them continue ripping off customer. Now you know how dhgate make 120 billion since 2004.”
