GLOBE LIFE INSURANCE Beware of this company they give you the runaround. I had insurance over two years and my son passed away 21 January 2023.
The Funeral home contact the insurance company and sent everything that the insurance company needed it so I can get my son buried. I called several times they kept giving me to run around saying they have never received the death certificate. Then finally they said they mailed out a check December 13 it got approved and now today I have not received a payment. They told me 7 to 10 days. Then I called today on the 27th they say it all depends on how long it take mail to get to you. It's coming from Texas I have a son is in the Air Force that he was sending mail from Texas to Florida I didn't take seven days this is ridiculous they don't want to make payments.
But I have received other things from global life about me getting more insurance but I have not yet received a check for my policy and they have not yet paid the funeral home when I bury my son on the Feb. 4th 2023. I have the funeral home requesting that I pay them because of global life have not paid The funeral home, ever time you call they don't be honest with you one person tell you one thing and then someone else I will tell you a whole different thing this is ridiculous. It wasn't a problem when they were taking the money out of my account every month but when a tragedy happened they don't want to pay out on their policies and leave the family with a bunch of bills. I'm going to contact the news because they cannot keep on ripping the customers off this is not good for business.
