I started the process early this morning, was hooked up with an expert by text. Then they had misunderstood I wanted phone call. So he told me to pay for phone call and he would call me. I called 5 times, waited on hold an average of 30 min each. They finally assured me he'd be calling any minute and he never did. Hours later, I call back and he is "offline" amd they can't help me. What a JOKE and a WASTE OF TIME!

Not all Experts are set up to take phone call requests, but we can find an Expert for you if you still need a phone call.
