Buyer beware! They do not send your purchases nor give a refund. I sent ample prof my items were not received, yet they refused a refund. Do not believe they have a guarantee- they're crooks

There's a high chance you will not get your item- their fulfillment is atrocious. If you do get your item- I would give an overall 4 out of 5 for the quality- but there is a 30% chance you will actually get your item and/or complete order (especially if it's an item on sale). I wouldn't bother if it's an item you're really counting on to arrive for an event, etc.
They don't seem too bothered if a customer is unhappy or not.
Tip for consumers:
They’ve had issues for a few years and have done nothing to resolve them. Their updated website is worse than the previous (search filters do not work, reviews say an item is 5 stars but the wording of the review does not coincide with that rating-very misleading, etc )
