I recently sent on a bag of clothes with a third of them with tags. The brands were top knotch... Anne Taylor, jones ny, etc.
They rejected the entire bag! What the heck is going on here... luckily I took pictures of my clothes before I sent them in... I will have someone check this out... I am now out about $1000.
I gather from the responses here that ThredUp is not quite honest with their customers!
Tip for consumers:
Ado not send in expensive clothes....they reject them...
