My dr has sent in my rx 2 times to which they reply they do have them or better he sent them to the local CVS [butm he did not, I called} so they lie.
I dropped Optum 2 years ago because of these same issues, but i was convinced to try them again as I take 10 rx's daily.
Products used:
they did not send 8 of my meds. Some are my cancer medicine, some are cardiac and some to keep me from going crazy{this expeirence is not helping)
