I ordered a hoverboard on 12/30/2015. It is 01/18/2016 and still have not recieved the item. I have talked to banggood customer service 3 times now and have got the response to wait 2 more weeks. They said the shipped it via fedex with tracking number **************. Fedex has no record of receiving the item. Where is the item?
