I purchased a pair of shoes. After numerous, unsuccessful attempts to resolve the issue, I decided to contact my bank. I also gave the company a one-star review. A member of Public Desire's customer service team emailed me and requested that I change and/or remove the one-star review, they also requested that I close my claim with my bank. They stated that they would not issue otherwise. Simply put, Public Desire is holding my refund hostage until I comply with their request. Do not buy from this company. They are not reputable.
Tip for consumers:
Their customer service team is very unprofessional, snarky, and rude. I will never purchase from this company again, and would not recommend anyone else make a purchase either, regardless of how enticing the price appears. This company is a scam.
