Missing Shoes-Left On Non Existent Porch/Insulting Refund Offer
This is my first time ordering shoes in years from PD and they are missing or better yet, I never received them. I am more than annoyed with them. I ordered the shoes on Nov 29 and today is Dec. 13 and no shoes. They had the audacity to tell me through an automated response to look around to see if they are misplaced but that's impossible because I have a personal box at UPS, so someone has to sign for them. It is not safe to leave packages where I live because people walk on porches and take boxes.
My Christmas Ball is this Friday and that is why I ordered them in enough time on November 29th, 2023 to match my dress and now all I want is my darn money back.

Lastly, before they get on here and lie, no one spoke to me and all I got was an automated response. I have wrote them twice on Tuesday. I do not have any
Other shoes that will replace them because my dress is quite long and the color that I purchased from PD is an exact match. The bottom line is I do not have my shoes and they are non responsive. I will never order from them again and I want a full refund.

Its $50.00 wasted and I cannot even find a new pair before Friday for the ball. Now they have admitted that they left them on the porch according to the manifest they sent me. I do not have a porch at all.
Neither does the UPS store does not have a porch which means they probably got stolen. The courier was supposed to go in and let someone sign for them, not leave them outside, expecting they would be safe. You must go inside and let someone sign for a package. This is a nightmare because I am out of $50.00 and I do not have my shoes, today is Wednesday.

Never mind the fact that I have given you all that same information 3 times. I have contacted Sarah through their website email and Instagram. Now to add insult to injury and running the same script to me all over again, Ali said this to me this morning:

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused by the delay in delivery. As a gesture of apology, we would like to offer you a 50% refund on the shipping cost. Please let us know if you would like to receive this refund.

I want all of my money back and your offer is unacceptable. You want to give me $5.00 back when the shipping was 9.95? No thank you Ali or Sarah. I paid a full $50.00 and I want my entire refund for that amount. I do not have my shoes and neither UPS nor USPS even accepts your tracking numbers. You left them on a porch that does not exist. Keep your insulting gesture and give me back my entire $50.00. The apology is insincere and what do I look like accepting $5.00 when I paid $50.00 for a pair of shoes that I do not have? There are no neighbors or anyone that put the package to the side. My shoes are gone because I never received them. I have sent screenshots to you on Instagram and by email showing you what the store looks like and there is no porch or neighbors that could have taken the package and put it to the side.

Now I have emailed you for the fifth time at your customer service email and you are still saying the same thing. This will make the fifth time that I have provided you, Sarah, with the same information with the order number, my email address and a screen shot of the the actual location proving that my shoes were not delivered.
UPDATE:
Now Marie has written me today and asked me to give them 72hours. Why, the ball is Friday and I still do not have my shoes.
New Update:
Ali did offer me a full refund but once again they are playing games. I was fully transparent that I filed a dispute because I never received my shoes. However, once Ali said they plan to refund my money, I canceled the dispute. I have sent Ali proof of the dispute being cancelled twice and Chime verified it this morning. Yet, Ali insists it still outstanding, which Chime said is not true and they are just stalling to give my money back.

UPDATE- Jan 2: The bank has informed me that Public Desire is refusing to give me back my money but they acknowledge in the letter that I sent them that they admitted they knew that I never received my shoes and they owe me the $50.45 back. They are claiming that they refuse to do the chargeback.
Do not believe anything that they say because they not ethical at all. I do not have my shoes and now I do not have my money either.
Do not do any business with them at all and do not believe them. There are now over 20 emails with Public Desire and they refuse to give me money back.

Tip for consumers:
Stay away from them because they take no accountability and have no intention of refunding your money, especially if you write a negative review. But the point, this is my experience where I paid for shoes that I never received. They constantly lie and do not want to look bad in front of anyone. They are essentially holding my refund hostage until I change my review but why would I lie to the world when I paid for something that I never received.

Products used:
I ordered shoes from Public Desire on November 28th for my Christmas Ball on the 15th and they never arrived. I informed this about this and they wanted me to wait for 72 hours during the week of December 13th. I refused and they only wanted me to accept 5.00 when they owe me $50.45. They are denying my claim with my bank even though I have 20 emails documenting what was said and how they said they would only give my money back if I amended my review.

This morning this is what I wrote to Galiza from Customer Service at Shein this morning.

I am more than upset this morning with Shein. Let me be clear, I do appreciate my refund for my hair purchase but I do not understand why you have deleted my review about it? I bought the hair to make a wig because of the unique color. I specifically selected three bundles of 20 inches and it is not that at all nor what I ordered. My review on Shein deserves to be seen so that people will know the truth and not be deceived like I was when I purchased it. Moreover, my review was the only one on the page and I am willing to bet, that other people had the same experience and instead of letting their truths be known, you went in and deleted their reviews too.

1. I received a 14, 16, 18 and a 20 inch bundles. (I have attached pictures that will validate my claim)
2. The 20 inch bundle is not a full 20 inches.
3. I had to wait over two weeks to receive this hair and now I have to go to a local beauty supply store when my money is returned and start over buying hair all over again or go to my vendor.
4. This is the second time this has happened to me purchasing hair from you and it has not been what I expected nor what you claimed. Your advertisements for hair when in comes in bundle packs are fraudlent.
However, when you order an individual bundle, the hair is the correct length for some reason but not as a bundle.
5. This is what I see when I look for my review below:

So, if a customer purchases a bundle based on your selection, they will think they will receive multiple bundles that are all the same size, not various sizes like what you sent to me.

I feel as though the ad was fraudulent for two reasons, when you select the hair it asks which length. I picked 20 inches, not multiple short lengths as the selections indicate in your ad.
You never said in the ad that the bundles will be multiple sizes when you order them. In fact, it is not mentioned at all. This is what it says above, which is one category for the length you want. I clearly selected 20 inches not multiple sizes which means this is false advertisement. If you cannot be truthful about the hair when a customer orders it, then you should not sell it or be truthful and tell the customers what they will actually receive. Without my review, customers will be taken advantage of all over again. I do not want that to be their experience. Even the 20 inch bundle is not a true 20 inches even when I stretched it out.
Now, to be fair, I have purchased other items and they have been like the pictures. Even when I rated them and said they were crudely made, extremely cheap or looked like the picture, my reviews have never been removed. But now, when I review your hair products and tell the truth, you have removed my review? That is not fair to the consumers who want to know before they buy hair on your site. You need to be truthful with your customers if you truly value them. I am sure I am not the only customer that has experienced this issue but you continue to have it listed that way on the site. I believe you removed my ad because you do not want anyone to know the truth about the hair they purchase and what you send out. This is my second time having this to happen to me but that does not mean you need to continue doing this to customers either. I have learned my lesson.

UPDATE:
I want a full refund for the hair because once again you fraudently advertised inches that you did not provide. You are doing this on purpose but then claim you don't know it happens. I wanted 4 bundles of 20 inches not multiple sizes to make a wig. Never mind the fact that it smells.

I trusted what you said was a mistake but you cannot continue to scam people. You profusely apologized to me but nothing has changed.

Be honest about the inches of hair you sell. I selected 20 inches and yet you sent 16, 20, 18 and 14 and that is not what you advertised.

Tip for consumers:
Do not buy the hair that comes in bundles because it will not be what you expect. There will be multiple lengths.

For the first time, I have a serious issue with Afterpay. I wrote them in hopes of getting help with my purchase from Shein. Shein is deceitful and downright fraudlent. I ordered a 4 pack of wavy hair in 20 inches but they sent me 16, 18, 20 and 14 inches instead. I have been going back and forth with Shein for approximately two weeks. I reached out to Afterpay for help last night only to have a CSR named Diane write me back in a conscending tone to tell me that there was nothing they could do. There is nothing worse than a CSR that is conscending when you have spent your hard earned coins.
She also told me file a formal complaint in the app which did work either because it claimed that it could not verify my identity after several tries.The app completely locked on me and it did it again this morning. Then I went into the actual Afterpay website and tried to file a claim against Shein and again NOTHING.

My statement is if you cannot and will not help customers obtain a refund then you should not have the ability to accept payments. I am not paying for an item that I purchased from Shein that is not as described. You do not have a direct phone number and emailing you takes forever.

Tip for consumers:
Do not expect to get real help unless it is escalated beyond CSR.

Hello everyone, do not trust Boohoo because they are scammers and they are never at fault. They took money from my bank account instead of refunding it on January 3rd 2019. Jack, Siobhan and Tasmin have been consistent in telling fibs. Siobhan and Jack said my money would be returned on the 10th. It was not. Then Tasmin said my money would settle on the 11th it did not. My bank has confirmed that they charged me instead of refunding me. To make matters worse they have not offered me anything but every morning since the 3rd I get more texts from customer service reps who tell me the finance team did not debit my account which are all lies. I never received what I ordered on November 14th and today is January 12th 2019. They never take accountability and blame the customers for their mistakes. I will never deal with them again. I have repeatedly sent screen shots showing them how the finance team took my money to the point that I said look at the minus sign where the transaction took place. I am filing all the texts on Instagram and the screen shots with my formal complaint with the attorney general and the better business bureau. By law a merchant can only hold your money 7 days and we are way beyond that point.

I have yet to have a bad experience with Ebas customer service in regards to sellers. I have been duped when it came to sellers overseas that had a picture of item and when I received it looked nothing like the picture. Or when a seller lied and said they lived in California but they really lived in China and it took my order forever to show up, customer service has always made sure I got my money back. The second key is emailing the seller to show how you are communicating with them in attempts to get your money back. The extra documentation helps tremendously. I say this because once I tried communicating with a seller about refunding my money for shoes she sent with the stuffing coming out and she begged me to keep them and accept her discount. I said no and proceeded to return the shoes to China. She was upset and stop responding to my emails But I had taken pictures of the receipt and the money I paid to ship it back. I was charged for the shoes and shipping which came to 60.00. Thank God for Paypal. When Ebay couldn't get her to respond to them either they refunded all of my money which is why I will continue to use them when compared to Rosegal which is a complete ripoff. Some sellers use beautiful pictures of celebrities to sell items but only a few of them look like the actual item when you receive it. I will continue to use Ebay.

I love the clearance sales in the store for candles and body washes and body sprays. It is the best time of the year to buy anything with them because its 50% off and you can get more products for your money. Now that it is Christmas, I will wait for th clearance sales to get all of my scents for the season and body lotions for 4.00 a bottle instead of 8.00 because its a better deal.

VS is best when they have sakes twice a year. I say this because I used to work for the limited and they are owned by them. If you wait for the sales the underwear and body products are inexpensive. So instead of paying $8.00 for a pair of panties you can pay 4.00. Then towards the last days of the clearance sale those same panties are $2.00. All the body creams, body wash and lotion are really cheap too. This applies to Bath and Body too because if you wait after Christmas $20.00 candles will be $10.00 candles. Do yourself a favor save your money for the clearance sales.

If your child is truly petite then this is the perfect place for school uniforms. For one they make skinny fit pants for small waisted children. Secondly, their pants have the adjustable buttons inside the waist which means as your child grows so can the pants. The clothes also wash well and not as expensive as other stores. I spent 100.00 and dressed my child for the entire school year.
I also love their ugg like boots for girls too.

I love ordering clothing from Macy's but their shoe inventory could stand to be improved. They will list shoes online and have you to wish list them but never restock them. They will continue to list a shoe as if all sizes are available but then maybe only one or two sizes are in the inventory. They also don't provide tracking numbers if you have something shipped from the store which is completely ludicrous. So if you never get the package you have no tracking number to prove it was even shipped to you.

I have been a buyer on Amazon for almost five years without any issues. Their CSR will immediately respond to problems with an order and I have never had a problem getting a refund. I also like the fact that they have a phone number to talk to someone. In addition I like the fact you can leave a decent review about a product rather than 40 characters.

I love H&M but it's quite irksome that all the items I like are never available. There was a blue jumpsuit I wanted and I ordere it. I thought it was on the way only to find out it had been canceled and I was never informed by H&M CSR. This happened for two weeks straight and every time I called I received a different answer for my request for the blue jumpsuit. I finally gave up and went to the store to buy something else. This is an ongoing issue with them because they send out the magazine and by the time you order an item it is not available. UGH

I ordered a long coat on Wednesday the 18th of November 2015. After reading the reviews and realizing my order had not been processed nor shipped, I requested that they cancel my order and issue a refund. Of course no one responded initially, but around 7:00 p.m. on the 19th I finally heard from Lawan because the chat never worked which I find to be convenient for them. I tried the chat the entire day and it was always down. By the time Lawan contacted me via message from Rosegal it was nothing but a bunch of excuses and apologies. Then I realized they rushed to process my order so that they could keep my money.

He claimed it was on webtrack for DHL which it was not at first. After finding the exact website he named I found my package on the system. However it is still in the processing stage since the 19th and has not been updated by them. I believe they processed my order in a rush it to keep my money but did not update it because according to what they have its supposed to be here by the 24th of November. Oh and it doesn't say China but Staten Island, NY is where it is supposed to come from. Well packages being shipped from New York across the country to the Midwest don't take forever. My greatest fear is that I will never get it as other buyers have stated on this website.

Yet the order is supposed to take 10-25 days. I don't what to believe but buyers beware. The fact that the chat doesn't ever work and they refuse to help you out is a bad sign. I wished I would have read the reviews beforehand. I will stick to Ebay because they hold all sellers accountable and they don't allow sellers to keep your money when you don't get what you purchased. Most importantly, their phones and email system always work unlike the chat on Rosegal. I will post an update if I ever get my package but my bank says they will help me since Rosegal refuses to honor my request.

Since November 20,2015 it's been nothing but lies. I finally called DHL this morning only to find out that Rosegal never even turned my order over to them. So this proves what everyone is saying about Rosegal taking your money and you never getting your package. And yes they contacted me after I reviewed them on here promising to refund my money that has to happen either.
But now I know they are scam artist and I am going to report them to the FTC this week because this needs to stop. I hate I didn't order through PayPal but it's just pathetic how they are cheating people out of their hard earned money. They told my status would update after 3-5 business days and it has not. The order which is now a gift according to them is supposed to be here by December 19th which is virtually impossible if it has left China. They supposedly processed my order without ever turning over the actual item to DHL.

Update: I had to take the legal action of filing a complaint with the FTC and filing a dispute with my bank. I am uncertain if my bank contacted them or not but I continuously wrote them back and forth. I kept copies of all my emails.
They finally gave my money back. It posted on the 3rd of December and I got it on the 6th. The coat arrived today and I am sooooooo disappointed cuz it's a complete joke. It's paper thin and will do nothing for me in Chicago. It's the bait and switch and the actual order is nothing like on the picture on the website. Keep your money. Do not order from them at all.

It has been saying the same thing since the 19th. They have no intention of sending me my coat nor refunding my money. Now all I get are more lies about refunding my money in 8-15 days and can I please change my negative review. I certainly will not because I don't want anyone else to go through this nightmare. What's even worse they did not address the fact of what DHL says about the fact that they never even turned my package over to them in the first place.

Today I put in my tracking number at USPS:

So this is this the proof I have regarding them never shipping out my product. I have also contacted my bank today and it's the 27th of November and there is refund in my bank account either. They have not addressed the anything that DHL told me about turning the package over either. They still want me to change my review and want to allegedly send me a surprise gift. I don't want anything but my money back. As of today I reported Rosegal to the FTC because they said I would have to wait 8-15 for my refund and the status of my order has not changed at all. As you can see this has been a complete and utter scam. They have no regard for your hard-earned money at all.

This is what I keep getting from them but my refund has not been returned and my order never shipped from them. Please do not spend your money from them. My order was on the 20th and today is December 1, I have no refund nor has my order been shipped out. I have forwarded all of this to my bank to get my money back.
