Returned goods in one parcel. One order refunded 2rd no. Incompetent customer service. Requested shipping cost refund per instructions when I returned. Ali express higher team replied stating buyer pays despite clear statements on orders saying.othewise. I am starting process of reporting them for breaking consumer laws and will dispute payments with my bank. I strongly recommend DO NOT SHOP WITH THIS SITE

Tip for consumers:
They contradict own policies and none of their helpline seem to be able to help. Actually telling blatant lies and putting phone down when you read out proof contradicting them

None. Full refund policy and free shipping policy but now refusing to pay shipping cost. Contrary to their own policy .

This brand has become insufferable to deal with, both online and instores. Spent over 40mnts in queue to try on a coat and then to pay. Advertised price £50 only for till adviser to say it has wrong tag on shld be £180...ofcourse manager wouldn't honour their mistake but both the manager and advisor's attitudes were shockingly poor. I promptly cancelled £500 worth of online orders as soon as I get home. I join the Zara boycott happily.

Tip for consumers:
When things go wrong with online orders, customers unable to speak to a person by phone as Zara has cancelled phone lines. Chat advisors appear to be responding from scripts..one question can take 4times of explanation before being understood. HIGHLY HIGHLY frustrating place to deal with. I'm happy to shop elsewhere moving forward.
