I ordered a purse, they sent a different purse because the one I ordered was out of stock. Really!? I had to go out of my way to return product I didn't order. They received the purse back, I tracked it & they acknowledged receipt, but have yet to issue my refund. Called twice about my money and it seems the refund was never processed. The 1st call said it takes 7-10 days for a refund. The 2nd call today said 14 days. Which lie is true? So now I will dispute the charge with my credit card company. What a mess.
