Okay ordering, I've had positive experiences in the past where I have ordered from hotels etc. Some drivers friendly and food comes on time. Recently had a very rude one. She rang my apartment number through intercom and just said, "Can I get in!". No idea who it was but let them in anyway. She came knocking on the door with my order and asked for the code. My code was 93 and I had to say it 5 times and then wouldn't accept it saying, "It's not the right code!" So grabbed my iPad with the order and code and showed it to her. She replied with "Ok" and it worked fine. She clearly wanted to reject my order and eat my food.

It's a Trustworthy supermarket, when I come for a weekly shop, I know I'm going to find everything on the list.
Only downsides is that it's extremely hard to shop. Staff doing the online deliveries are really rude and will happily push the trollies into you.
I've found it takes much longer to shop and pay for items. Hardly ever any staff at checkouts and there's always a huge queue to use self checkouts.

Ordering online is much easier. However the stock they pick always has a really short shelf life or it's rotten. The last driver I have delivering goods was really rude. Lectured me over the pho e because she couldn't figure out where my street was despite it being simple to find on sat nav etc.

I work in the Regional Distribution Centres. Took the job because I thought it would be easy on my anxiety etc. And turns out it's not a very nice place to work. A lot of bullying and constantly made to feel I'm not doing a good job. Despite having a degree and holding lots of qualifications and skills. They don't trust me to use a computer to print labels, use a photocopier or count how many cases there are on a pallet. Whenever I'm doing well at something, they question me if I'm doing the job correctly.

Stock constantly gets rotated back and fourth, they sell too much rubbish that nobody buys, gets sent back to warehouses and then sorted. And picked again and sent back to store again. Hence why some of it is damaged and faulty.

The store is great for customers and cheap, although some stuff is actually cheaper and better quality elsewhere. But company is awful to work for. Too much bullying.

Ordered takeaway via Just Eat app. Usually have a positive experience, but recently found out my order was stolen by a dishonest neighbour. I live in a block of flats. Despite giving detailed instructions. I believe the deliver person may have either eaten it or delivered to wrong address by mistake. I was really upset because was feeling down in the dumps and just wanted to treat myself.

I went through all the help options and explained in the form I had not received my order. Customer service was brilliant I had an instant reply and was refunded straight away. Within the next day too!. So that cheered me up.

Sadly it's still very easy for people to steal and I think just eat should provide a specific code for customers to type that they received order. And they will only get the code if received order. And the people delivering should be more switched on, maybe ask the persons ID or something and type in a specific code to prove they delivered the order.

I'm hoping I just had a unlucky experience and not all drivers are as useless as the one I had. Ordered a high value item from Currys which would be delivered via DPD. I paid extra for it to be delivered on a specific day and waited in all day. Continuously tracked the driver. One time he was 30 mins, next 15 mins. And then when it got to 10 I had a text message to say they missed me. Nobody rang the intercom or knocked on the door.

What waste of a day!

Also posted the Review on trustpilot and the company flagged the review. All the reviews on Trustpilot seem fake and they seem to be getting rid of the real honest reviews.

I've never really had any issues to be fair. All depends on the driver. Most of them do have some common sense.

It's just how it's all managed. Parcels tend to get delivered during the day when most people will be out at work etc and if you miss it. There is no option on the website to pick a day or time for re delivery. Like there is for Royal mail etc. And not even a drop off location. So every day I keep missing the parcel/s. And picking next day doesn't always work either as sometimes the driver doesn't show up at all. (Again depends on the driver).

Got asked to leave a review of a product which didn't work. I gave an honest review but left good feedback for the seller. They didn't like the review and as a result my account got suspended. Over just 1 2 star review.

I still like Amazon though, parcels get delivered fine with no issues.

Bought in an expensive DSLR to sell as thought it would be easier and quicker compared to selling on eBay etc. What an absolute waste of time! Took the camera on Sunday. Another Sunday has just come and I haven't been paid. The camera works fine. I'm not sure if they are still yet to test it or they just don't know what they are doing since the store is run by kids.
I contacted customer support on this matter. Told I would get some information within 48hrs. Still yet to.

I won't be surprised that they break the item or claim it's broken just so they won't have to pay me and hope I won't notice. And then sell it as a grade A. If that is the case. I update as soon as I get information though

The whole franchise needs investigating. They are ripping people off. Most people come to this business because they need money or need a phone etc but can't afford the full sale prices.The website is also very misleading. They don't even follow their own policies. Ie test within 15 mins, bank transfer within one day etc. It's not true at all.

Company needs a full on investigation, a secret employee seeing what they do with people's items.

I've sent items via Vinted and some buyers often select Yodel as their preferred delivery option. I don't mind this but have always found this Courier to be extremely slow and tracking details not updated for days. Which consequently makes me look bad as a seller. I've sent parcels using 3 different couriers on the same day once. Evri parcel arrived 2 days later, Royal Mail 3 days and Yodel surprise surprise took over a week to two weeks.

Most of my reviews are positive. It was just one or two which happened to be flagged and accused of being fake. Recently started using a money saving app called plum. And I wrote a low review because the app won't let me close my account and is taking my money. I also wrote a negative review about Bulb and their over estimating and overcharging. Had an email asking me prove to them on all the price increases as they increased price 7 times in one year and over charged me £700. One of the reviews got flagged and my trustpilot account got suspended. How do business expect to do better when they can't even accept their own greed and failures? It makes no sense.
