Kindly clarify if custom duties included or not, so shipping carrier doesn't charge extra fees when receiving the package.
If included kindly clarify it with the carrier to not collect the extra charge.

This is my fifth year to rely on this marvelous site to arrange my summer trip with the family especially to choose places of attraction and shopping spots, so easy to use the only thing you need is to place your destination and search, then choose from side list of categories weather you look for hotels, attraction or shopping malls, accurate addresses to copy and load in your google map to save it in your places,,, you can also see it on map from the same page.

You also get benefit from the members reviews which helps a lot to know more about the place and weather to put it at the top of the list or not.

I just had my first and last shipment for two boots both coast me USD123. And imagine the shipping coast from borderlinx after entering promotion code of %15 is ((( USD 150))).

Come on are you serious!

Note for Borderlinx:

There is no any justification for that much of coast, so please save the effort and go back to and change your policy or by short time you'll have no customers.

It's not my fault that you deal with DHL you can give the customer other reasonable options like USPS less coast, even if it take long time at the end it's my decision.

What added value you've gave me when the shipping coast is higher than the 2 items itself. I can wait for one month I'm not in a hurry!

Marvelous online shopping store, great prices and best styles specially casual, the only thing is that some of their garments in small sizes (smaller than measurements declared),, so choose the style that you know it will fits you perfectly.

After submitting my negative review, they've contacted me first to send photo of damaged items so they might send back a refund which I highly refused cause I've used them already.
Then they've offered a commercial gesture of 40 USD compensation which is a good customers satisfaction service.
I really appreciate this attitude.

As an international customer my first order were cancelled since they've requested me to call them within 48 hours although I've submitted the full payment!
My 2nd order was OK, but many items was not eligible for international shipping so I've taken them out from my cart and when order received 3 garments came totally different from the picture shown on the websites with bad quality fabric and when I emailed them about it,,,, they've ignored me.

Highly recommended as a #1 fashion designer retailer with excellent service and garments are packed perfectly with excellent shipping fees.

I've ordered long time ago from it although its a trusted site but as an international customer the shipping rates was very expensive
