#1 It took 3 nearly weeks to receive my order I spoke to customer service to inform them they sent me the wrong product. They argued for 10 minutes. They finally conceded i was right after i asked them to go to the manufacturer web site. After speaking to a supervisor I was assure that the correct product would be overnighted and arrive the next Monday along with a RMA to return the product. I have received nothing. The worst online experience ever.

Collar for Cats) was discontinued by the manufacturer and replaced by another one (Adams Plus Flea and Tick Collar for Cats and Kitten). Unfortunately, the manufacturer did not inform us about these changes so we could not contact you in advance. We sent you an RMA on 4/24/2015, in case you wish to return the product. Please confirm receipt and let us know if you need anything else.
