On autoship and they are chargins me $100 instead of the $62 listed price on their website! Beware. You could be paying almost 2x the cost for autoship. So much for advertised cost savings! Called an they said the price went up; even though their website advertised the $62 price! Pathetic! You might save on first autoship; but watch out for the following price hikes!
Very expensive! Upcharges on the items were sometimes 20% over the cost of the item. Then delivery charge, service fee and distance charge.
On a $220 Sams order. They cost $70 to get it delivered! Outrageous!
Had 4 scammer solicit money or iTunes gift cards. Very few credible local matches. Same people over and over. I think they have someone to send you a message so you have to pay to look even if they are not even in the same state. After you join the people will not talk to you again or some were scammers. Phone verification is required; otherwise they will not let you read messages after paying the subscription. Then after verification; I started to receive scammers calls. This was a new number and not registered with anyone prior. Stay away!
No communication or response for order that took over 30 days to ship. Complained to Paypal several times and finally received product. Again without any response from 13deals.com. Just like the number 13... bad luck and stay away. Crappy products and non existent customer service!
Purchased 3 smartwatches. One arrived not working at all. The other two would not connect to phone or if they did the different options did not work. If you moved your arm the pedometer would register. They would not take them back or offer any refund or credit. Very poor service and quality.
