I went to Bugera amps to find out is they had a part available. Bugera sent me to Bugera/just answers for a tech answer. Was told it would be a $1.00 for a simple yes or no question. When I went to pay they tried to charge me $56.00 for a simple yes or no question. When I wanted to go back to the on line assistant to find out why I was blocked from doing so. I will not pay anyone $56.00 for a simple yes or no answer to do you have a part. Screw you Just Answers! No one should ever use these jerks.
Shame on Bugera for using them for parts availability questions.

Tip for consumers:
Never use Just answers, ever!!!!!

Products used:
None at that price. Switched from $1.00 to $56.00 without my consent.

I received a detailed report a an unbeatable value. It was fast and accurate. I liked the condition review report but, did not find the KBB values accurate at all especially when the market report right after it was double the value.
