I bought a £170 item in the UK mainland and shipped it to N Ireland. The parcel was wrongly sent to the Republic Of Ireland so it was being returned to myukmailbox so they could send it out correctly.
They knew the valve of the item and despite the package costing £170 and me paying £40 for delivery they say ups only covers up to £80.
It is their responsibility to get the parcel to me and if the courier loses the parcel its between them and the courier but they should refund me the full £170 plus the postage.
I feel I have been totally scammed.

After carefully reviewing the shipping details, it appears that your package was shipped to the correct address provided to us during signup. However, it was returned to our facility because the duties were not cleared. While in transit back to us, unfortunately we were informed that UPS had lost the package.
I can see that our our customer support team has initiated a claim, and we'll update you as soon as we receive a decision from UPS.
