“Incompetent Customer Care/ Business Operations or a Fraud.”

Canceled an order on 3rd (when it wasn't dispatched) > It still got delivered under new shipment ID on 6th November >> Cancelled it with the delivery person >>> Haven't received my refund yet.
Craftsvilla's customer care number is never reachable and all their mails are just copy-pasted. I think they are just inflating revenues to show their investors.
*** This is not a review for their products but a review for their useless customer care.
