On calling customer care number after 15 minr, a person picking the call &telling this is not craftvilla number & not belong to any craftvilla

Tip for consumers:
Looted customer, fake customer service numbers.
Do not use craftvilla for purchasing.
Low grade products.
Don't buy anything.
