This is the worst place to ever book a ticket. They don't tell you all the cons it comes with at the airport. On top of that, even with a protection plan and you have a issue, your money would not get refunded back to you. Trying to get in contact with a manger is a huge issue, only for you to be put on hold for about 1 and a half. Just for a representative to come back and tell you that there is no one available to speak to you.
