The customer service is not very good. I asked to change the gender for one of the passengers and he kept sending me the wrong ticket. He cant seem to understand me at all when my instructions were super clear! I gave the booking ticket number and kindly asked to change the gender for one of the passengers. He kept sending me a "revised" ticket for a different flight which had no issues in the first place!
