This company is a fraudulent company. They say they has shipped you're item and then they never ship it! Do not give them your money!

Hi Bill. Sorry for the bad experience. We ship all orders through EMS/UPS within 24 hours. It takes about 10 days to arrive in the US. If you go to the tracking link we sent, you probably saw 'Origin post is preparing shipment'. However, if you look under 'tracking history' you can see the actual status. This is from the USPS side and not from us. We have updated our website and communication so this is clarified during the checkout process. I am positive you have received your order. If not, please contact us, and we will resolve the situation.
