These people don't want to return all my money. I contacted customer service several times but they always answer late and they refused to give me all my money back. I made an order 3 months ago. Usually i get my packages between 2 and 3 weeks but i waited a whole month to see if it arrived and it never did. I always tried to use the tracking number and the status was always delivering (even till now). The number didn't worked on the postal service from my country either so te package never came here. As i said before i contacted customer service to get my money back but they only want to give me the amout without the shipping fee which is not a small amount. I had never had this problem with other sites. If my package didn't arrived they always refund me everything. I also wrote to the mail they mention everytime they answer these reviews but they compeltely ignore me. I can't believe i made this order 3 months ago and i still ahve this problem. This is a total scam. I DON'T RECOMMEND TO BUY IN THIS SITE. BEWARE BECAUSE THEY MAY STEAL YOUR MONEY.
