My friend of 32 yrs. Started selling this stuff so to support her, I placed an order on 1/18/24.
Yesterday, 2/1/24, my order said it was out for delivery through Fed Ex and never arrived.
Today (2/2/24) it said it was out for delivery again (concerning because it is the glass Nova warmer $50 alone!) plus varying wax melts.
I called Fed Ex because I had a delivery already come and they advised that it is not them delivering it, but it goes "through a third party we cannot see, like UPSP, Lasership, etc."
After my call to Fed Ex, I called Scentsy, having spoken to associate "Anna" who could not see the latter tracking numbers or carrier! I asked for a supervisor.
Next on the phone was supervisor "Omar" from Idaho. I explained the situation and he too advised that he was unable to see any further tracking details. After voicing my frustration that this order was "supposed to be delivered yesterday per Fed Ex and now says today and I hope it's not broken because it's a relatively large, glass warmer. Are you able to refund my $10.00 S & H?" and he responded that he could not, "Refunds have to come from your representative as we can only give refunds for damaged items."
Never again!

Ordered 6/2/22 and my 5 nightgowns are being delivered by FedEx Smartpost: you know, the Fed Ex to USPS amoeba-crawl-shipping!? I would never buy anything from them again. How absurd to ship so slow!?

Paid: 3/20/22 for: ASOS DESIGN District chunky hiker sneakers 3/24/22 NO TRACKING INFO. Due 3/25/22!

It's a red flag there's no phone number for this company which I realized after purchase. I am bombarded with multiple emails about sales and ZERO communication regarding tracking numbers because my purchase is due tomorrow, 3/25/22.

I decided to use the chat and spoke to someone named Ezekiel who advised my shoes are due to be delivered tomorrow, but was unable to provide any tracking details! RED FLAG.

Then I Googled ASOS COMPLAINTS and WOW! Multiple BBB complaints where customers never received their items.

I always pay with PayPal so I ler Ezekiel know, after twice saying my item obviously did not ship so I INSIST he cancel it and he advised he could not, that I am filing a claim with PayuPal and that's what I did.

Paid: 8/26/21. Never shipped. Then told 9/16/21. Called 9/17/21 and was told now it will be 9/24/21!
New customer and it will be the last order I place with your company. Over $240 in purchases for the 3 orders. Supervisor refunded one shipping fee of $13.00. Terrible business model. Customers should not have to call to see if merchants are keeping their word about shipping. Unacceptable.
