I am utterly dissatisfied and frustrated with the customer support provided by this company. On 7/2/23, I placed an order for a vest and opted for expedited delivery through DHL, for which I paid extra. However, despite the package consistently showing "in transit," it never arrived. Suddenly, the status changed to "contact us." I reached out to DHL, and they confirmed that my package had been declared lost, advising me to contact Represent for a refund or a replacement. I explained the entire situation to Represent and followed up four times, only to receive a response from a customer service representative named Jimmy who clearly hadn't read any of my emails. He suggested that I contact DHL to complete the delivery of the initial item, which was a solution I had already pursued. This has been the most unpleasant and horrendous customer experience I have ever encountered. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this company.
