They take your money right off the bat. It took over 20 days of "processing" and then me emailing EVERY day before my order status changed to "shipped." The site says up to 7 days for this "processing." But they took my money right after I ordered and NOT when an item was shipped. I threatened fraud (and said to look it up if they do not have that word in their language). All of a sudden (less than an hour), my status changed. The first thing arrived - POOR POOR POOR quality. The package makes it looks like it came from a store in California (label). It came from CHINA and then grammatical errors in the emails are an example of more spotty Chinese people on this site. Too bad they can not be rated on the BBB site :(.
