Fasttech shame on U! Are they in the Vaping business because it's an upcoming booming business, or are they genuinely interested in the importance of Vaping in this society. The last order of Vape coils, I placed with them, caused my throat to burn, stratch, and deliver a harsh pull. Their final response was they could refund me $4.00 of a $28.83 order. I use two type of coils, I ordered three boxes of each type, but only opened one box of each, leaving a total of four boxes unopened with seals still intact. I wanted to return the unopened packages because I wasn't sure if the four unopened packages came from the same batch as the two damaged packs. Coils burning my throat is a serious matter! And, it should be treated as such! This whole area of alternative smoking products is relatively new and should, therefore, be treated as an entity that will contribute to its popularity, instead of giving it a bad name. I feel like I have been RIPPED OFF! And, it makes me think I will go to support local businesses because some of these online companies are just in it for the money. Their prices may be low but if they don't care about the quality of their product then I know they don't give a darn about me!
