I wish I would have done my research before placing my order with vidalspets.com. I've ordered from them since 2010 and have only experienced one issue a few years back, but they were responsive and sent a replacement shipment right away. Unfortunately, this was not the case this time around. I ordered in June 2016 and received an email that my order was shipped on July 9th. To date, I have not received my order nor a response to my 3 emails. I just got off the phone with paypal and started my dispute. If they do not hear from them in 10 days, I will get my money back.

I just have one question, can't anyone shut them down?
