As we all know, the pandemic has brought about a tremendous pressure on shipping around the world and small things can fall through the cracks. Doubly so during the holiday season. My original order took a bit longer than expected and so I reached out to Uplift's customer support to check on the status. Avalon Myst replied swiftly and professionally to help me track down my errant package. Turns out it was in fact lost somewhere along the way but she was able to get me a replacement out the door the very day after we discovered the issue.
