Customer service here is fantastic!

I had a part for my treadmill that needed replacing, and I tried to contact the manufacturer myself many different times and in many different ways to get the replacement part. No progress.

Extremely frustrated, I got reached out to Human Solution to see if they could help. I talked to Avalon on the phone, and she took care of everything extremely quickly.

Will definitely be buying more items from Human Solution after this great customer service experience!
