This company is a JOKE! My site and my backoffice capabilities are down more than they are up and I get NO explanations! They do NOT take phone calls for support requests and don't make timely replies to email support requests. I am in the process of filing a class action suit for others who have had the same problem! While we appreciate feedback, we do not agree with your comments. First, the back office is never “down”. Perhaps you had Internet connection issues, antivirus or other security software causing issues, were on a network that didn’t allow the connection, or other issues which aren’t normal for our users. We have stellar support and do not have telephone support nor have ever claimed to have. We have more efficient means of communication to assist you and don’t want users calling and being on hold like what happens when you call most companies. Our response time for support tickets has always been the same and beats industry standards. We respond to every ticket within one business day. We actually answer all tickets before closing support for the day. In reality, we answer most tickets within a few hours.
