I opened my efax account years ago for work. A co-worker took over the account, she changed the pin and updated the information with her credit card for our company as I moved into a new role. She has since left the company. Her CC on file and email are no longer valid and I can't get into the account due to the pin change. I have reached out to explain this to Efax of the issue. They keep telling me they can send an email to the email on file (which is no longer a working email) or I can give them the last 4 digits on the CC on file (which is no longer an open CC). I don't have the CC information and they will not help me. I have asked if they can look up the account and see that my CC was used to pay the bill for many years and use that as verification. They said no. Now my account will end up being closed because when they go to bill for our usage, the CC will be denied. I am trying to avoid having my account closed but they will not help me
