I order a product and get no tracking info and finally an ETA, but on the supposed day of delivery it suddenly shows that they're restocking the item and the ETA changes to an extra 10 days wait. This has happened to me 3 times and twice to a friend that I unfortunately recommended this company to. After contacting the company each time they've claimed that I did not understand and that the mistake was due to my oversight! What nerve! These people are crooks!
