I bought a coat that took over a month to receive. The sleeves are way too short. The hood is so small it doesnt stay on your head. The body of the coat is big, boxy and misshapen. The fur lining sheds and falls out all over your clothes. I have tried talking with the company and they tell me that oh, I should just keep it. IT IS WORTHLESS AND DEFECTIVE. UNWEARABLE AND A WASTE OF MONEY. I just want a refund. I will post as many horrible reviews as I have to until I get my full money back. Don't get ripped off like I did. BEWARE.
