PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE do yourself a favor and GET OUT OF WOOT.COM. Bought a sound bar and like many others took a while till receive also like many others the item came in with a damage part in a poorly package.
Also like others, I contact them as soon as I opened the box and so far nobody answered and has been a month already, I really don't feel that somebody will contact me. It is actually a gamble, if you are luck you may get a working product.
Good luck to you if you even after read all these bad review, decide to buy something of this website.
The pic is showing the base of the speaker that came broken and the speaker just fell of.
Well I completely forgot about this review, but there is one thing that I need to say:
-After a long time, the company contact me and offer me a partial refund which I accepted. So after all I was satisfied with the ending. Just add one more star.
