I was esurance customer for over 8 years. Insuring multiple different cars under my policy over that time. Just to be completely disgusted by the company's actions. At the time I was having health issues and was stuck waiting the year or so it takes to finally get onto disability. Well I was going Going to be late on monthly payment. So I called the company to inform them. They told me that it was not a problem. Just to call and submit my payment. I told them the exact day i would be able to make the payment, they said that there wasn't an issue. So I called in on the day I told them I would, but they said that they couldn't reinstate my policy due to having an sr-22 on the policy. I asked why I wasn't informed of this when I called and advised them that my payment would be late. They had no reply to that. I spent days looking at every policy sipulations they had published on their website, the fine print in my policy agreement no where did i find anything saying they couldnt reinstate a policy because of an sr-22. So I attempted to get a new policy. Oh but they stopped making new policy's in the state of Oregon.

OK so I had an issue months back with them canceling my policy without informing me at all. No email nothing. But they were able to reinstate my policy then. I guess it's just on their discretion. I wouldn't recommend this company. They will knife you in the back when ever the opportunity arises or they will just cancel your insurance and you won't find out until you get pulled over and ticketed. Which in Oregon is a mandatory 1 year license suspension.

I added the terms & conditions as was sent to my by them. No where in there does it say anything about and sr-22.

Tip for consumers:
Sucks because I really like esurance. Until all this I would have recommended them.
