Our insurance company made a claim on our behalf to Esurance. Esurance didn't respond! After months, we took the matter in our own hands as we would like to get reimbursed for the damage to our car. Everyone seems to be working from home as you had to leave a message. Once, we received a call back and promises were made. That was the last we heard from them. We are not going to waste any more time or energy on this claim. Guess that was their intention all along - to wait us out.

We have never, never had poorer customer service - w; hich is NO SERVICE AT ALL!
