Care.com went in and suspended my account over a false allegation by rent a center of theft of leased property. I was never arrested and the case at the local magistrates office was dismissed. I advised them of this and they still closed my account which I never used and I am the one in search of a nanny.
Tip for consumers:
Do not use this site, they use false information against you even when it is proved to be false. Stay clear of their viscous lies.

I apologize for the inconvenience, however, per our policy anytime a case appears on a background check, regardless of the outcome, it results in an immediate suspension from the service. If the case is not linked to you at all, you are allotted 90 days to take care of this issue or your account will be removed. I hope you found this information helpful!
