I have been with Bludomain for several years and this past year, I have contacted BBB and they didn't respond to them even. No phone response to me, I was charged for my domain twice, and when I paid it, they refused payment after they shut my site down. It has been a horrible year.
Constant emails back and forth trying to get the site back up -
This will be the last year I host with them. I am looking for a new domain to host with.
Tip for consumers:
Do research and look for other hosting before choosing this one.
