This seller takes forever to ship out your order this my third time canceling this order because I order else where and she still wants to keep rejecting my cancellation if anyone experience this problem just contact your bank and dispute the transaction let them know and they will replace your money and get it back from them themselves. Me and my boyfriend upgraded as a x-mas present to the hopper the joey and the two mini jellys. We been with dish network for over 20 years. My sister was telling me that she got direct t. V and the specials they was offering and that's why we upgraded from two old receivers to the new equipment. I recorded the conversation and the recap making sure that the bill was going to stay the same unless we order something on demand. Agent Agreed that we would only pay $58 and some change before taxes. She did say we would see a one time fee of $15 for equipment upgrade. We Agreed So we get our bill in February and they charged us $76 on our bill. I called customer service loyalty department played the recording of the conversation me and the rep had agreed too. She put the sup on the phone I don't believe he was a supervisor he was rude did not want to listen to the recorder or nothing. He said there's nothing he could do I recorded him being rude and nasty to me too. I called again recorded the conversation and the lady was willing to give me a $10 credit for 6 months I was so upset I hung up because I was going to look for a different provider. She said if we still we want the offer it will still be in the notes for us to receive it. I called again today got another rude agent didn't want to help didn't want to offer anything and he said we exhausted our discounts. I told him I'm going to exposed them for the liars they are and all them should loose there jobs and a law suit should be filed because of there improper training and misleading false advertising that they tell there customers. I tried to reach corporate but all I heard music waiting and waiting and waiting to speak to someone. Also I'm going to do a report with 2 wants to know and I already reported this to Fox 8 Please people Record all your conversations with anyone because these reps will lie just to get credit or a bonus for any deals or promos you agree too. I use to work as a rep and a quality inspector and you would not believe these lies these people will tell I'm also going to do a video on my you tube channel of the recordings so yall can hear I will update it by 02/19/2016. I order from Trendsgal before had a good experience. Receive my items within a week from $100.00 worth of items and for me not to have all my items when delivery come it was very sadden and disappointing. I also tried to contact them by phone and the phone # does not exist for the US # and says it's a magic jack number and they don't have a message that you could leave. You could not get the online chat support that you needed. I had to submit a ticket just for some one to respond by email. I just got order to day and sign for it but didn't know until I open it that 3 of the items was missing. If I don't get in 24 hour response like there website promise then I will notify my bank and have them credit me for the three items that's missing and a portion of the shipping that suppose to be paid for those three items.
