I made a purchase on Aliexpress and the item description was incorrect and misleading. I contacted the seller who offers a full refund on all of her products with no success. Lodged a complaint with Aliexpress and their response was that my refund was declined because I didn't have he packaging the item arrived in. I wasn't disputing that I never received the item so therefore proof of packaging is irrelevant. No support or positive interaction with Aliexpress so I have taken my case to PayPal to receive a full refund. Don't waste your time or money shopping here, you'll regret it.

I was receiving customer support from Lexi. He asked to check if I had received the 10% discount on my order. I then lost contact with him and tried to get some more customer support via on line chat. That connection was lost and I am now unable to receive any kind of customer support and no 10% discount.
