I originally ordered from RoseGal at the end of October and I am still battling with them for a FULL REFUND on my purchase. When I first order my products I received an email that the items were out of stock and would not be in for 6 weeks? But when I went back on their site to take a look they were still selling the exact items and stating they were in stock! I demanded a refund the first week on November and although a very small bit of my money has been refunded after 3 weeks, it ALL has not and they triple charged my credit card for one item... they are thieves. Their products are garbage and poorly made, sizes are off the wall, a medium size is XXS. The chat line NEVER works and they only respond to you when they feel the need like a week after you email them and then they tell you all these lies. Last comment from them to me is "If you take your review off SiteJabber we will send you a special gift" I don't want your crap landing on my door step. I want ALL my money refunded including the money you stole from me. I have attached the proof from my credit card of the overcharge several times to their email and they still deny they overcharged me... idiots can't even read. This company should be shut down immediately. They still owe me over $100.00., but now they won't even respond to my emails. This company is a joke. My advice is to stick with Amazon... at least they truly look after their customers.
