The software is worse than nothing since it even causes problems for your computer. Then they begin extracting money from your credit card and make it difficult or impossible to stop them. Apparently the only defense is to direct your credit card company to stop accepting charges from them. You may even need to change your credit card number.
Tip for consumers:
I should have read the reviews stating that this product is largely a scam and it is difficult to get them to stop billing you.
