I have repeatedly (3 times over 2 years) called and asked for the service to be discontinued as I no longer own the laptop that was running slow. Today, I received another email saying they are going to charge me a $250 renewal. I do not own the computer, but am told that until I remove some software then they CANNOT cancel my subscription. This is criminal. Avoid this company at all cost!
Tip for consumers:
It is a scam that you can never unsubscribe. The only thing I could do was to cancel the credit card.
