“No, just no!”

This company is awful! I called the next day to find out about shipping (supposed to be 24hr turn-around), and was told they let all of their production staff leave at noon for the day. My order was not complete! I was told we would have it today, but when I call my contact, I keep getting sent to voicemail. Now there is not enough time to have the items I need made somewhere else. This was a horrible mistake!
