“Ordered custom napkins.disappointed”

The napkins came in brown printing instead of gold to match my theme. I called them and they were not interested in my problem. I asked them to resend in a different color or give me my $ back. I had to pay extra for this "gold ink" that was brown and for fast shipping. No replacement and no & back. Very disappointed. I would not recommend. See below.
