Purchased the animal ball bag less vacuum the plug-in variety the bristles on the brushhead are so soft they do not pick up cat hair or lint or my hair on carpet they are great for floorboards and tiles but this is not what I purchased it for I called Dyson Customer Service and asked if there was a stronger bristle head I could replace with and I was told I would have to buy a completely new different model of vacuum from them as this is advertised as an animal hair vacuum I believe it is disingenuous to sell this item without mentioning it does not work on the carpet and I believe they should have refunded me the full purchase price... I ended up putting superglue on the brush bristles to make them stronger which worked to some degree but I still curse Dyson thoroughly every time are use this rubbish vacuum will have to replace it with a new one not a Dyson... The vacuum also came with many attachments there was no paperwork or instructions about what these attachments did and most of them were certainly not self evident I spent hours online trying to find out what they did in the end I threw most of them away as completely useless LOL

I bought a Louis Vuitton Courtney bag AU$1200 it was shipped from Europe to Australia crammed in a cardboard box with no wrapping whatsoever or dust bag... I was so shocked to see it just sitting there crammed in (there was a piece of brown paper on the bottom of the box) it took me two days to get it back in shape and when I contacted the Customer Service chat line I was given the answer 'what do you want me to do about it' I was given no apology or assurance that this would not happen in the future or reason why it was not placed in their companies dust bag at least (which past items I have bought have been) they were shipping this bag from Europe to Australia so they were aware it had to go thousands of kilometres and all they did was shove it in a box it was a miracle it was not damaged... I will not feel safe to buy from this company again as I cannot take the risk of these expensive items being disrespectfully packed without any care or concern

Tip for consumers:
Do not buy an item that could be damaged during shipping as it will not be packed properly

Two terrible customer service for consecutive nights I ordered menu log the first was McDonald's where they left off two items there was no way to contact menu log when I finally got through to McDonald's they said there was nothing they could do other than give me a tab next time I came into the restaurant I explained I never enter their restaurant... I managed to send an email to menu log they've sent me back cut-and-paste replies which are ridiculous asking for things like order numbers when I've actually given them a screenshot of the whole order including the order number and they tell methyl are going to look into it with the restaurant as if some kid behind the counter at McDonald's is gonna know whether the kid out the back who threw in those items into my order is going to be able to remember from the thousands of orders he took but he actually forgot to put in two items. Just take the word of the customer why would they bother to go to this trouble to complain about two items unless it was the truth, completely ridiculous... Then I ordered a meal from a restaurant where they had Ben & Jerry's ice cream desert I ordered an ice cream from their menu on menulog they called me half an hour later and said they did not have any flavours other than the disgusting cookie dough and brownie dough's which I really dislike that ended up having delivered as I knew I was not gonna get my money back off menulog after the day before debacle... use another SERVICE I'm cancelling the menulog now

Use another site menulog Customer Service is ridiculous and designed so that you cannot get in touch with them other than an email where they will come back to you with cut-and-paste answers

EBay sells fake items and when they were told that this is an obvious counterfeit on their site given the reasons why (for example) even showing them pictures of what a real Balenciaga clasp looks like and a fake one they assure you they will look into it a week later the item will be sold on auction... As a seller they are a nightmare you are given different opinions and advice by every different customer service agent they have I was recently told that a below average seller judgement given to me would not incur any penalties as I was now above average seller... Yeah I just sold a bag and I was charged 20% off by eBay instead of 14% when I spoke to the incompetent customer service agents finally number four told me that there was nothing they could do and I had to wait three weeks before my now above average seller performance was registered... I had spoken to 3 different people over the last two weeks about this actually incorrect judgement and was assured every time 'do not worry there will be no penalties' when I told this to the agent today he said well if you were told that I'm sorry but there's nothing we can do... I have discontinued all my listings with this criminal organisation and it's laughable Customer Service

Happy to take my money... the company LUVYOURPHONE sent the wrong phone and sold the phone I ordered... I sent back the purchase... they received it and have contacted MYDEAL to refund money... days have passed no contact and no response when I email support... platitudes and no action. VERY UNHAPPY... would never use again
