Two terrible customer service for consecutive nights I ordered menu log the first was McDonald's where they left off two items there was no way to contact menu log when I finally got through to McDonald's they said there was nothing they could do other than give me a tab next time I came into the restaurant I explained I never enter their restaurant... I managed to send an email to menu log they've sent me back cut-and-paste replies which are ridiculous asking for things like order numbers when I've actually given them a screenshot of the whole order including the order number and they tell methyl are going to look into it with the restaurant as if some kid behind the counter at McDonald's is gonna know whether the kid out the back who threw in those items into my order is going to be able to remember from the thousands of orders he took but he actually forgot to put in two items. Just take the word of the customer why would they bother to go to this trouble to complain about two items unless it was the truth, completely ridiculous... Then I ordered a meal from a restaurant where they had Ben & Jerry's ice cream desert I ordered an ice cream from their menu on menulog they called me half an hour later and said they did not have any flavours other than the disgusting cookie dough and brownie dough's which I really dislike that ended up having delivered as I knew I was not gonna get my money back off menulog after the day before debacle... use another SERVICE I'm cancelling the menulog now
